Toby Jones cast as 'Sherlock' Season 4 Villain

According to a report from Deadline, Toby Jones has been cast in BBC show Sherlock for season 4. No details have been released other than Jones being brought on board to play a villain. He is expected to arrive in episode two of three total 90-minute episodes for season 4.

Season 4 of the Emmy-winning program will begin with Sherlock Holmes (Benedict Cumberbatch) back in the UK as Watson (Martin Freeman) along with his spouse get ready to welcome a child into the world.

Toby Jones is known for his roles in franchise films such as voicing Dobby in the Harry Potter franchise as well as playing Dr. Arnim Zola in the Captain America movies. He’s also currently on television in another role playing a scientist on Fox’s Wayward Pines produced by M. Night Shyamalan. You’ll see Jones on the big screen again soon in Alice in Wonderland: Through the Looking Glass, the sequel to the live action box office hit from Disney.
