We previously announced the start of this upcoming Netflix docuseries back in February and it's finally here. Just in time to get people excited for the NFL season, the QB series will follow recent SB winner Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs, Kirk Cousins of the Minnesota Vikings and Marcus Mariota of the Atlanta Falcons during the 2022-23 NFL season as well as their personal lives. For fans of other sports docuseries on the streamer such as Break Point and Full Swing, this should surely be added to your watch list. Quarterback debuts on Netflix with all episodes available to stream on Wednesday, July 12.

The second season is set to be based on the second book from Han's trilogy, titled It's Not Summer Without You. The first three episodes of Season 2 drop on Prime Video in July 14.

Foundation: Season 2
If you're looking for a new sci-fi show to watch, Foundation could be the show for you. The first season of the series from David S. Goyer (Batman Begins, Man of Steel) captivated audiences all around the world as lead performances from Jared Harris, Lee Pace and Lou Llobell. The series is based on the award-winning books from Isaac Asimov that showcases a group of rebels on a mission to save humanity and rebuild their world as the fall of a Galactic Empire begins to take shape. The novels take place over thousands of years, but season 2 focuses on the beginning of the collapse of civilization while Dr. Hari Seldon (Harris) and a group of others embark on a quest to establish a band of exiles called The Foundation. The Afterparty: Season 2
The murder mystery comedy series from Phil Lord and Chris Miller will bring back some of your favorite characters while also bringing in some new suspects in the anthology show on AppleTV+.While the first season took place at a high school reunion, Season 2 will take place at a wedding following the format of each suspect recounting their own version of the murder case from their own perspective. Tiffany Haddish, Zoe Chao and Sam Richardson return for the sophomore effort while Ken Jeong, John Cho, Elizabeth Perkins, Paul Walter Hauser, Zach Woods and Anna Konkle join the cast. The Afterparty returns with a two-episode premiere on AppleTV+ this Wednesday, July 12.

Full Circle
Steven Soderbergh (Sex, Lies, and Videotape, Traffic) returns to television with his latest limited series, Full Circle. The crime-drama centers around a botched kidnapping as the investigation begins to reveal secrets that connect multiple characters and cultures throughout present-day NYC. Featuring a remarkable cast that includes Zazie Beetz, Claire Danes, Timothy Olyphant, Dennis Quaid, Jharrel Jerome and more, Full Circle is one that is at the top of my most anticipated list for this week. The series releases on Max this Thursday, July 13.

Theater Camp
The latest for the musical-loving community is a comedy film that is co-written, co-directed and stars Molly Gordon (The Bear, Booksmart) alongside Ben Platt, Ayo Edebiri, Jimmy Tatro and many other hilarious stars as they are put to the test to keep a run-down upstate NY theater camp from closing its doors. The film premiered this year at Sundance and is getting a wide release this weekend. The movie is getting favorable reviews and could be the perfect viewing for an indie experience at the cinema this weekend. Check out Theater Camp this Friday, July 14 in theaters.

Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One
Tom Cruise returns as Ethan Hunt for his seventh installment in arguably the best action franchise running with Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One. Indicated by the title, the movie will serve as a first part of a more expansive story within the M:I universe, adding Pom Klementieff and Hayley Atwell to the fold. Christopher McQuarrie returns to the spy series to direct his third installment in what will likely be one of the biggest films of the year. Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One hits theaters this Wednesday, July 12.
