Dope was a unique little festival movie that was released last year and produced by Forest Whitaker and directed by Rick Famuyiwa. The film was innovative and showcased great young actors like Shameik Moore, Tony Revolori and Kiersey Clemons. While Revolori has already worked with auteur Wes Anderson and Shameik Moore is set to star in Baz Luhrmann's new Netflix series, The Get Down; Clemons is potentially headed to the DC Cinematic Universe.

According to Variety, Kiersey Clemons is in talks to join The Flash which is being directed by none other than Famuyiwa. Details are currently air tight but speculation believes that Clemons could be playing Iris West, the journalist and friend of Barry Allen. The production on the film is expected to begin later this year.

Ezra Miller is set to play Barry Allen in the superhero flick that is set to be released in 2018. Clemons was seen most recently in comedy Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising alongside Zac Efron, Seth Rogen and Chloe Grace Moretz. She will be seen next in the horror remake of  1990's Flatliners.
