Transformers fans all around the world have been patiently waiting to see the reins of the cinematic live-action franchise turned over to fresh faces. Michael Bay exhausted audiences with efforts in this universe for 10 years and now, Transformers has been turned over in the hands of Steven Caple Jr. (Creed II, The Land) handling the Beast Wars storyline. Yesterday at CCXP in Brazil, the first trailer for Transformers: Rise of the Beasts was released, and we have it for you right now!

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is set to kick off a new trilogy for Paramount and brings some new faces as well as some familiar faces in Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. This film will follow the 2018 spin-off film, Bumblebee which starred Hailee Steinfeld and John Cena. Bumblebee is highly regarded as the best live-action film in the franchise doing very well critically however, it did not succeed at the box-office in similar fashion to the main Transformers universe films helmed by Bay. Rise of the Beasts will highlight the war between the Maximals and Predacons, sub-factions of the car-turned-robot armies who can transform from giant mech animals into the larger Transformers.

The film is set to be a globe-trotting adventure taking place from Machu Pichu to Brooklyn. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts stars Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback, while Ron Perlman, Michelle Yeoh, Pete Davidson, MJ Rodriguez and Peter Dinklage will voice some of the robots throughout the movie. Transformers: Rise of the Beasts hits theaters on June 9, 2023. Check out the trailer below!
