Judy Blume is one of the most well-known authors of all-time and her famed 1970 novel, Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret is getting a big screen adaptation. The young adult feature looks to take a swing for all audiences with the first trailer that was released for the 2023 release.

Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret tells the story of a young girl by the name of Margaret who is coming of age dealing with a major move with her family from NYC to the suburbs of New Jersey as well as making new friends, questioning her religion and dealing with her adolescence. This movie should do incredibly well with female audiences; however, it looks like a great story for viewers of all ages, races and genders. Abby Ryder Fortson, whose best known for playing young Cassie Lang in the first two Ant-Man films will star as Margaret and is joined by a terrific ensemble that includes Rachel McAdams, Kathy Bates and Benny Safdie.
