First trailer for 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' returns us to the galaxy far, far away we all know and love

            It’s finally here. Hot on the heels of Star Wars Celebration, the first trailer for the eighth episodic Star Wars film titled Star Wars: The Last Jedi has been released and we have it right here for you.

            Star Wars: The Last Jedi chronicles the events following The Force Awakens and though this preview doesn’t give away much, it’s the perfect amount to make your mouth water with nerd saliva. In the trailer, we get glimpses of Rey, Finn, BB-8, Poe Dameron and even yes, Luke Skywalker. I absolutely love this trailer with most of it being voiceover with some lightsaber noises and whispers from what seems to be Snoke before getting glimpses of actual scenes from the film.

The film stars Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver, Lupita Nyong’o, Gwendoline Christie, Domhnall Gleeson, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Andy Serkis, Benicio Del Toro, Laura Dern and the late, great Carrie Fisher. Star Wars: The Last Jedi will be released on December 15^th.
