First trailer for 'Alien: Covenant' showcases a return to form in the franchise for Ridley Scott

            It’s been close to 40 years since the first Alien film was released and when many people saw the trailer for Prometheus they thought it would be the calling card back to the beloved franchise. But with the first trailer for the upcoming Alien: Covenant, it looks like Ridley Scott has found his niche once again.

            The trailer gives you a great look at just how bloody and messed up this movie is going to be. It looks to showcase brutal carnage and everything that everyone loves about the Alien trilogy and has an all-star cast behind it too. I loved this trailer and it made this film even higher on my most anticipated list for 2017.
