First trailer for 'War for the Planet of the Apes' foreshadows a potential end for humans or apes

It seems like each and every day there’s a new trailer released and today is no different. We have a pretty exciting one for you today too with the first trailer for War for the Planet of the Apes!

            War for the Planet of the Apes will is the third film in the rebooted prequel franchise following Rise of the Planet of the Apes and Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. It follows Caesar two years after his civil war type battle with other apes thanks to the villainous Koba and now it continues through a war between apes and humans. Caesar seems to be on a revenge path against a human character who is played by Woody Harrelson. This trailer is fantastic and looks to be on an epic scale as a war film. The visuals are superb and the snowy, winter setting looks to be a refreshing new landscape for battle.

            Check out the first trailer below for War for the Planet of the Apes. The movie stars Woody Harrelson, Steve Zahn, Judy Greer, Terry Notary and Andy Serkis as Caesar. It opens in theaters everywhere on July 14^th, 2017.
