Golden Globe Nominations 2017: 'La La Land', 'The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story' lead the way in a year filled with surprises

            In a year that is being deemed as one of the worst in American history, it truly was a great year for television and film in this country. Nominations for the 74th Golden Globe Awards were announced this morning by former nominees, Don Cheadle, Laura Dern and Anna Kendrick. The ceremony will be hosted by The Tonight Show host, Jimmy Fallon and will be held on January 8th, 2017 on NBC. Listed below are the major nominations for both film and television for the Awards show.
