T.J. Miller’s career has blossomed since starring in HBO comedy, Silicon Valley. It’s resulted in tons of movie roles including Deadpool, Office Christmas Party and the upcoming, Ready Player One from Steven Spielberg. Now, Tracking Board is reporting that Miller will not be returning to the show for Season 5 after a mutual agreement between himself and the producers of the Emmy-winning series.

It’s definitely a big blow for the series but thanks to the rest of the remarkable ensemble that includes Thomas Middleditch, Kumail Nanjiani, Martin Starr and Zach Woods they should do fine. Miller is still in cahoots with the premium network as he has a stand-up special that debuts next month as well as appearing in episodes for the Pete Holmes-led comedy series, Crashing.

In regards to Miller’s career going forward, he’s been a budding comedic movie star in recent years and has tons of projects upcoming. One of those includes the lead voice role in The Emoji Movie on July 28th. He also will play i-R0k in Ready Player One for Steven Spielberg, return as Weasel for Deadpool 2 and stars alongside Kristen Stewart in Underwater all set for 2018.
