As we
move closer to the start of production on the third installment of the
action-packed franchise, “John Wick,” it seems the cast is coming together quite
nicely. According to Collider, Laurence Fishburne, Ian McShane and Lance
Reddick will reprise their roles from the previous films but also, some new
faces will arrive as Halle Berry, Anjelica Huston, Jason Mantzoukas and Asia
Kate Dillon.
All
the new faces seem to have intriguing roles for the upcoming sequel with Berry
playing the film’s first female lead named Sofia, who will not be villain. Huston
will play The Director, Mantzoukas will play The Tick Tock Man and Dillon, who
has been fantastic on the Showtime show, “Billions,” will play the Adjudicator
of the High Table. The new additions are incredibly talented individuals and
their addition to “John Wick: Chapter 3” make this sequel even more anticipated
than it was previously for all audiences.
Chad
Stahelski, who directed the previous two “John Wick” movies will return at the
helm for the movie which hits theaters on May 17th, 2019.
