Though we did get to see Brie Larson appear in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, it's been quite a while since Captain Marvel's release in 2019. Now, Marvel Studios has dropped a trailer for the sequel, The Marvels and she's got some hero company.

The Marvels recently moved dates from July to a November release and features a team-up of three female heroes, Brie Larson's Captain Marvel, Teyonnah Parris' Monica Rambeau and breakout star Iman Vellani's take on Ms. Marvel. While the trailer looks like a ton of fun, not much story is given in the teaser. Parris first debuted as the adult version of Rambeau in the Disney+ series, WandaVision while Vellani debuted in her titular series for the streamer.

The trailer also showcases Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, who is also due to appear in Secret Invasion before this film. The alien creature known as a Flerken which looks like a cat also makes its return, freaking out Kamala Khan in the preview. Larson recently said on Good Morning America that the sequel will focus more on some of the "complexities of the character," as the film showcases a major plot point when one of the trio of heroes uses their characters, they swap locations on where they are.

Check out the first teaser trailer for The Marvels! The film releases everywhere on November 10 with Nia DaCosta (Candyman, Little Woods) making her MCU debut as director.
