'American Born Chinese' Trailer Reunites Michelle Yeoh & Ke Huy Quan for Disney+ Series

    Everything Everywhere All at Once was the belle of the ball for this year's Academy Awards garnering seven Oscars, with two of them being awarded to stars Michelle Yeoh and Ke Huy Quan. Now, the hottest talents in Hollywood are re-teaming yet again for an upcoming Disney+ series, American Born Chinese which just received its full-length trailer.

    American Born Chinese is based on the graphic novel of the same name written by Gene Luen Yang which acts as a coming-of-age story in High School dipped in Chinese mythology. The series chronicles the hardships faced by Jin Wang (Daniel Wu) as a regular Chinese American teenager whose life changes forever when he becomes friends with a new student who is the son of a Chinese mythological goddess. The series follows the young man's journey of finding himself and his new future through family, fantasy, comedy and action-packed Kung Fu fighting. 

    In addition to Yeoh and Quan starring, other Everything Everywhere All at Once stars such as Stephanie Hsu and James Hong also star. Check out the trailer below for American Born Chinese! The entire series begins streaming on Disney+ on May 24 and is produced and directed by Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings director, Destin Daniel Cretton.
