First Trailer for 'Fast X' Marks the Beginning of the End for Dom Toretto and His Family Legacy

    The Fast & the Furious franchise is one of the most fascinating in all of Hollywood. Originally beginning as a street racing series starring Vin Diesel and the late Paul Walker, the series underwent a massive shift with its fifth film bringing in Dwayne Johnson and some other past cast members to bring the movies to new heights. Fast forward twenty-two years since the inception of the bombastic action movie series and now, we are months away from the epic Fast X. Today, we received a whopping first trailer that in grand fashion as the Fast & the Furious movies usually are, it is nearly 4-minutes long.

    Fast X will feature a new villain coming into the fold in Dante (played by Jason Momoa) who aims to take down Dom's family piece-by-piece scattering them all across the world in a globe-trotting massive film that is set to release in May. Momoa joins other new cast members Brie Larson and Rita Moreno as the latest to join the Fast franchise, however, many of the crowd-pleasing favorites will return for the tenth installment as well. 

    Fast X will also mark the first Fast film to be directed by Louis Leterrier (The Incredible Hulk, Now You See Me) as Justin Lin, who co-wrote the script departed as director prior to filming. Check out the massive first trailer below for Fast X! The film amasses a cast that includes Diesel, Momoa, Larson, Moreno, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Sung Kang, Jason Statham, John Cena, Helen Mirren, Nathalie Emmanuel, Alan Ritchson and Charlize Theron. Fast X hits theaters everywhere on May 19.
