Fresh became one of the cult hits of 2022 evoking a horror comedy and showcase for Sebastian Stan to do something different than we've seen from him before. Now, director Mimi Cave is setting up her next film at Amazon Prime Video and assembling a heck of a cast. According to multiple sources, her next directorial effort will be Holland, Michigan starring Nicole Kidman, Gael Garcia Bernal and Matthew Macfadyen.

Holland, Michigan comes from a Black List script by Andrew Sodroski that is described as a thriller that centers on a woman who suspects her husband is having an affair before entering into an affair of her own before learning the true nature of her husband's secret lifestyle. The film is described to be inspired by the works of iconic horror director Alfred Hitchcock and it sure sounds like Cave is the perfect choice to direct the trio of Kidman, Bernal and Macfadyen.

Kidman is one of the busiest creatives currently in Hollywood. Between being a massive producer and starring in a ton of upcoming films and television series, you better get used to seeing more of the face of AMC's return to theaters campaign post-COVID. First, Kidman will star in A Family Affair for Netflix opposite Zac Efron and Joey King this November. Following that, she'll reprise her role as Atlanna, Aquaman's mother in the long-awaited DC sequel, Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom. Kidman is also set to join the Taylor Sheridan universe on Paramount+ but will headline and EP her own series Lioness which also stars Zoe Saldana and Morgan Freeman. She has tons more in production including AppleTV+ series Expats, limited series Faraway Downs opposite Hugh Jackman and will lend her voice to the upcoming animated feature Spellbound.

Macfadyen is best known for his Emmy-winning role as Tom Wambsgans in HBO's Succession. While Bernal recently joined the MCU with his role in Disney+'s feature presentation Werewolf by Night as he played the titular character also known as Jack Russell. He also appeared in HBO Max limited series Station Eleven and is receiving critical acclaim for his role in recent Sundance film, Cassandro.
