First Trailer for 'Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies' Showcases the Ladies Taking Over the Iconic Franchise at Paramount+

    Tell me more, tell me more! That's right, this time around, the girls rule the school for Paramount+ in the first trailer for the new series, Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies. The trailer dropped today and tells the story of what came four years before Sandy and Danny Zuko were roaming the hallways of Rydell High School.

    Specifically, as the trailer points out, the story follows four young ladies who form the notorious girl gang from Grease known as the Pink Ladies. The founding members include five girls named Jane, Hazel, Nancy, Cynthia and Olivia who decide to upstart their own crew after being deemed as outcasts by other classmates at Rydell.

    The series looks to take a new and inventive direction for the spinoff series which will bring back Jackie Hoffman as Asst. Principal McGee. However, it's still filled with all the spirit, song and dance that made the original so beloved back when it was released in 1978. Check out the trailer below for Grease: Rise of the Pink Ladies!
