First Trailer for 'Elemental' Reveals the Latest Animated Film from Pixar

    When D23 hit we got news on a new upcoming Pixar film coming to theaters exclusively, which was great news for all animation fans as Pixar films had been struggling since the Disney+ of it all post COVID-19. Now, we have our first trailer for the upcoming movie, Elemental.

    The animated feature follows a journey of an unlikely duo of Ember (voiced by Leah Lewis) and Wade (voiced by Mamoudou Athie) within a city in which fire, water, earth and air-citizens all live together, however, as made very clear within the trailer, elements are not to mix ever. However, the fiery young woman and the flowy, water-logged man discover that they actually have more in common than previously thought. Though the humor didn't necessarily grab me within the trailer, Elemental looks absolutely gorgeous and I'm willing to give it a try when it hits theaters this Summer. 

    Check out the first trailer for Elemental below! Within the preview, we get a glimpse of Element City, where our central story will take place which will include the voice talents of the aforementioned Lewis and Athie as well as Catherine O'Hara, Ronnie del Carmen, Shila Ommi, Wendi McLendon-Covey, Mason Wertheimer and Joe Pera. Elemental hits theaters on June 16.
