Chloe Grace Moretz And Jack O'Connell To Play Bonnie & Clyde In 'Love is a Gun'

Chloe
Grace Moretz has turned herself into a must-watch actress as of late. Though
many probably know her best as Hit-Girl from the Kick Ass franchise, she’s taken more serious and dramatic work as
of late. According to The Playlist,
this trend will continue as Moretz is set to star opposite Jack O’Connell as
Bonnie and Clyde in Love is a Gun.
Love is a Gun is described as a “thrilling,
gritty and emotional story of two of history’s most famous lovers, Bonnie
Parker and Clyde Barrow. The movie will be directed by Spanish director, Kike
Maillo as well as written by the duo of Sheldon Turner and Johnny Newman. Maillo
is best known for his films, Toro and
Eva. Turner wrote the Jason Reitman
film, Up in the Air while Newman has
written for the Netflix series, Narcos.
The pair of writers will adapt Go Down
Together: The True, Untold Story of Bonnie and Clyde for the feature.
Moretz
starred in the recent film, The
Miseducation of Cameron Post for which she’s earning rave reviews as well
as the remake of Suspiria done by
Luca Guadagnino. O’Connell can be seen in the Netflix limited series, Godless and the upcoming film, Against All Enemies alongside Kristen
Stewart, Zazie Beetz, Vince Vaughn and Anthony Mackie.
