Judd
Apatow has quickly become a legend of comedy for his feature films and ventures
into producing. He might’ve found his next hit with the upcoming HBO show Crashing that will star Pete Holmes.
Crashing follows Holmes as a character
aptly named Pete, who is a stand-up comic who deals with misfortune with his
relationship and career. The reason for the name of the show is due to Pete
having to constantly crash on people’s couches due to his lack of money and
experience in the industry as he continues to struggle. The trailer is
hilarious and it looks to be a great new addition to the thriving comedy slate
for the premium network.
Crashing premieres on HBO on February 19th
and stars Holmes, Dave Attell, Hannibal Buress, Artie Lange, T.J. Miller, Jim
Norton and Sarah Silverman. Check out the trailer below for the show!
