Ryan Coogler teams up with Michael B. Jordan again for drama 'Wrong Answer'

It’s
rare to see a collaborative team as faithful as Ryan Coogler and Michael B.
Jordan. The remarkable success of the director/actor combo have worked on three
films together and it seems that a fourth is in the pipeline. According to Collider,
Coogler and Jordan will work together on Wrong
Answer.
Wrong Answer will be cover the 2013
education scandal in the Atlanta-area where school teachers organized cheating
on organized tests. The script will be written by Ta-Nehisis Coates who will
adapt the 2014 article in The New Yorker which was written by Rachel Aviv.
Jordan will play Damany Lewis, a Parks Middle School math who was part of the
scandal regarding boosting test scores upward.
Coogler
and Jordan have previously worked together on Fruitvale Station and Creed,
while their latest film, Marvel’s Black
Panther is in post-production and will be released on February 16th.
Jordan also will star in Creed II and
Fahrenheit 451 before filming Wrong Answer along with Coogler.
